Please keep in mind that with all handcrafted items, a reasonable level of care should be taken in the course of normal use. Tiny Blooms cannot be responsible for any injury that may result from lack of supervision or the use of our products for anything other than decoration. Can I return/exchange items? TOP
I want my customers to be delighted with my products! I strive to provide the same quality of service I expect to recieve when I shop! If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will be happy to process a return or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of purchase. Do you take custom hair accessory orders? TOP I love to create custom accessories! Please email me at christina@tinyblooms.com so that we can discuss what you have in mind. I will do my very best to match your vision. If possible, please include a photo of the outfit/dress. Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP Yes! I am currently offering free gift wrapping with any purchase. Please specify the occasion upon checking out, so we can put together a special wrap/ribbon combination that is sure to delight the recipient! What are your shipping rates? TOP All orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays) from receipt of payment via First Class USPS for a flat rate of $1.99. Shipping is free on all orders of $50.00 or more. How safe is paying through Paypal? TOP

TOP All accessories are made to order once payment is received, and shipped within 3 business days via First Class USPS. Regular mail generally takes 3-5 days, however, if you wish to have your order expedited, please email me at christina@tinyblooms.com prior to ordering and I'll be happy to arrange rush delivery.
